Services

Truck Repairs

With more than a decade of service to the Grafton, Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast regions, Grafton Truck Sales and Spares through Truck and Trailer Repairs provides specialist repair services to the light transport industry and 4WD owner operators.

We conduct body damage repair from road accidents and can modify chassis to your custom requirements. Grafton Truck provides all mechanical repairs and truck refurbishment.

Our reliable mechanics are highly experienced and qualified. We understand that a vehicle that is not on the road is costing you money every hour, so we are focussed on being thorough and efficient. Safety is our priority, so we don't cut corners when it comes to repairing your truck. In conjunction with this we have installed the latest alignment technology to keep your business operating smoothly.

Trailer Repairs

We can build frame modifications and make extensions to box trailers, camper trailers, boat trailers and single and dual axle trailers. Plus, we mechanically repair all the auto electrical circuitry used to maintain brake lighting, earthing systems and batteries.

We can install and repair breakaway switches and safety chains and cater for trailers intended for both aggregate trailer mass and gross trailer mass.

Grafton Truck and Trailer Repairs can repair the framework of the trailer with our onsite welding facilities, as well as fit and replace tyres, bearings, door locks and hinges, ramps and doors and cages. We can replace axles and fittings, floors, hubs and springs as well as conduct regular services and checks. We recommend a wheel bearing check every six months for single axle and annually for dual axle on and off-road trailers.
